Executive Inn

Got a room and things were fine. Until I moved the covers, me and my son saw bites on us. I went to the ER and they said it was bed bugs. Went back to execute inn and immediately packed our things. I went to the front destin before leaving to tell them what was going on. The guy said you said there was nothing wrong with the room. I told him how would I have seen the bed bugs to let him know. I also said I was just letting you know so you can clean your nasty rooms. I would never get a room there again!!

An ok place if you really need to stop. Lobby was clean although it smelled like curry. Room was clean although the plumbing was dodgey. |There is no breakfast. Your best bet is the Waffle House across the highway or the McDonald’s down about a quarter mile. There are other choices in the area. The Sweet Dream Inn looked nice, but the Hotel Del Sol looked very sketchy.

When I checked in to the room the front desk worker was nice when I checked in okay housekeeping was amazing for what they did by helping the situation out but the front desk workers of the next morning the lady I guess that's his wife girlfriend or whatever was blatantly rude disrespectful we couldn't even shut the door to let my friend / mom use the bathroom The bathroom door had to be open and the front desk worker told the housekeeper no she was not shutting the door where she can go pee she had to keep the bathroom door open and the door to going outside open as well The lady was rude as heck I would not recommend that hotel to anybody at this moment

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. don't waste your time. On the website it says they accept pets, and that service animals are exempt of fees. When I checked in I explained I had a service dog in training and he asked so many questions which for one is illegal and for two is just unnecessarily rude. Then everytime he seen me after that he kept asking about my dog. He was kind of like harassing me about it. It was just a very uncomfortable experience. THEN, the bathroom had mold in the ceiling fan you smelt it VERY STRONG. the floors were dirty and scratched up. Staff was just very rude and always eyeballed you. Not a good experience.
