Executive Inn MENA

I'm not gonna lie, I was really nervous about staying in a place this inexpensive in the middle of nowhere that sounds like it used to be pretty gnarly. The feeling went away immediately when I went in and met the owner. He's clearly a good guy running an honest business that's trying to offer a reasonable and fair rate for his rooms. He hasn't owned the place long and it still needs some work, which is why I couldn't give it a perfect rating across the board - it was perfect for my needs but isn't quite done with its facelift yet. But honestly, with somebody this genuine in charge of the place, I wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else. Thank you for everything!

Positive: "" Negative: Rooms are renovated but had bedbugs. No room phone to call reception & mostly no one there in person. Guests linger outside & once played loud music till 2:00am. Staff didn't act. Didn't feel safe coming out at night or leaving curtains open during day

This hotel looks very rough and parts are but I stayed in 106 and was really surprised. It was clean, fresh smelling and freshly renovated. The bed was comfortable it was quiet except for the semi with the Jake brake at 4:40am. The room had a new microwave and fridge with freezer. I was pleasantly surprised that the room had a smart tv so I was able to stream Netflix and Amazon. If I was a lady you might want to wait until they clean up the rest of the property but they are working on it. As a single guy that travels a lot I felt pretty safe. I normally stay in Marriott hotels mainly because they have smart tvs but I would stay there again. I hope they continue to improve on the property to make it look nicer. The people seemed very nice.

I waited too long to book for this weekend. I went by the reviews & I'm not sure of standards of below reviewers but no this place should not be open. I gambled on it & lost. The renovations are lipstick on a pig for real. I think photos can speak for themselves. But some highlights blood on my floor, 2 pillows ( 1 being a decorative pillow) no toilet paper, no trash cans (do the ones overflowing outside count ) no smoke detector, no tv remote, no blankets on bed, no coffee ( we bring our own), just terrible.

Checked in, everything was dirty, bed bugs, roaches, after Manager told us mattresses were brand new, we looked and they were filthy. They would not refund our money.
