Executive Inn

Stayed here because of the affordability. However don't expect to sleep in because the staff loves to come through at 7-9 am banging on doors and disturbing everyone trying to ask if they're staying again and perform housekeeping (while you're still in the room) violating the 11 a.m. checkout time and requests to not be disturbed by guests. Cleaning hours are from 11-3 and disturbing guests before that time violates the contract for the temporary stay. It's our room until 11 a.m. If it happens one more time I'm filling suit to receive half of my money back from all stays.

I spent the night one night. The room was absolutely in disrepair cool. Large holes in the walls. Furniture was dirty. Sheets were clean that's a plus. I was woken up several times during the night by a bunch of teenager or kids in their twenties rolling doors, fighting, laughing when I asked him to keep it down they told me they'd been here seven nights already into shut my f---ing mouth. I go to use the phone to call the hotel owner and there was no cord to the phone so it was a decoy. Sided to Google the phone number and call myself and nobody would answer the phone. This is by far the most disgusting Hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't know how they stay open place is filthy from inside two outside. I stayed in room 111. I went to lay down and noticed bed bugs crawling around. I reported it to the office and the girl just looked dazed. She offered another room and I asked her if she could confirm that the room was bed bug free and she said she could not. I told her I'd speak with management in the morning, I told the next shift around 8:30 am and the guy said " no one else complained and we offered another room" to which I replied a room that you could not confirm did not have the same infestation. I asked if he would refund my stay and ultimately I disputed the charge with my card.

I checked in on Monday and paid until Friday I checkout. My first room toilet had mold in it and I checked into the second room the next day the AC did not work and the toilet had mold and it was well noticable the bed lining had evidence of bed bugs in the room the third room I moved into it had a bed bug on my pillow case. The hotel attendant came and checked and verify that there was a bed bug on the pillow he offered me another room I told him no I was checking out tonight I just wanted to get the rest of my money for the next day I was checking out I will not be here at 11:00 tomorrow morning the man only wanted to give me $30 of the 60 that was paid for the room. I told him I will call the police I went back to my room he came to my room and he said he'll give me the $60 don't ever r

I’ve called multiple times and no answer. They have zero type of security, cameras, etc. for two hours they allowed vehicles to get damaged by another visit without calling the cops. MOLD! So much dang mold. Housekeeping knocks on your door HOURS before checking out. I don’t care if I have an hour left until I check out- DON’T KNOCK KN MY DOOR!
