Exchange Suites at Court Square

DO NOT STAY HERE. There are cockroaches, and creepy men constantly coming in. The vibe is off. The room was not clean and the building, hallways, room stinks like dirty. Pillows and comforter and towels didn’t seem like they were cleaned. The bed sucked. We had to get a hotel after staying the first night because we found bugs and couldn’t stand the strange feeling we got and the uncleanliness.

Theres different rental agencies for different apartment's in this budling. I think I struck lucky! |‘Maira’s’ one bed 18th floor apartments was bright, clean and fresh decorated, the bathroom was clean and the shower hot and powerful. the bed comfy, and wifi on the lounge TV. |It’s comfortable but.... The sheets are polyester and the pillows flat. But despite full kitchen appliances, there’s no cultery, crockery or glassware?!?!|Communication with the property owner is non existent. They send automated emails, and don’t respond to queries. The busy staff in the attendants office are helpful and welcoming. Make sure you grab towels and the wifi code when you check in with them!

Lovely place super nice people I enjoyed my stay very much I won’t ever stay anywhere else from now on when I visit Memphis!

Horrible hospitality. We were unable to check into our room and the host was not answering the phone call. It was 3:40am. We had been traveling all day and had a sick family member with us. The host didn’t answer our phone calls or texts. Airbnb failed to help us promptly and was blaming us for basically booking the room on the first place at 10pm which was allowed by our host and AirBnB. This host is horrible. Also Alejandra from the support ambassador team from AirBnB was highly unprofessional and rude. We asked for her name and she replied with a slick remark. Alejandra also had loud children and noise in her back ground and was not listening at all to our problems as we had to restate them 3 times. Really enjoyed our room, stayed in 1511. Had a great view of the park, and were really high up. Danny at the front desk is awesome!! Super helpful. Will actually be moving into the building this summer, because half of the hotel still is owned by the apartment company. So since this building was half bought out by the hotel (owners work together) all rooms are equipped with a full kitchen. Only thing we wish to be fixed is to add curtains to the bedroom, really bright in the morning. Great location too, about a 5 minute walk away from Beale Street (and very well lit). Another downside is had to pay for parking next door, $8 a night, but free meter parking out front on weekends. I would suggest staying here. It was built in 1910 so it has a lot of character.
