Ewa Hotel Waikiki

I want to give less star but location and price is unbeatable. AC is not in excellent condition, but I didn't need AC anyway, unless you are on 6th or 7th floor. There's a kitchenette and decent size fridge. I think because people eat in the room or leave the window open, you can see few small insects here and there. Towels are clean, showers are good. Rooms are large enough. Wifi works. Parking is about $40 I'm definitely coming back. Overall I'm pleased and definitely recommend it if you are on budget

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. But I can't say anything else good about it. The room was extremely dirty. The carpet on the floor smelled awful, the towels in the bathroom had yellow stains (we used paper towels), the pillows were yellow and smelled awful, so we had to buy new ones at Target. On the third day, the shower gel in the bathroom ran out, and when I asked for more, I was told that the hotel had run out of shower gel and was given disposable soap. It was awful. However, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I wish the hotel would pay more attention to cleanliness. I didn't expect a 5-star hotel because the price was low, but cleanliness should be a priority in a hotel, and it seems that EwaHotel has completely forgotten about i

Hotel is run down and smells decor is outdated bathroom needs a refresh the tub had mold in cocking and around the lever to stop the water to take bath. The lanai could be cleaned a little better there kitchenette was super super out dated ( the burners were electric coil things totally tweak not sure if it was useable)while I like the idea of a kitchenette it needs to better carpet was uglier than sin .They don’t clean your room daily but will get you clean towels and toilet paper if you need it. Location is fantastic centrally located to shops, beach, and International Market . Staff is very friendly and helpful. If they were to clean it up it would be five star hotel.

The hotel is overall good for the price, located on the second line with only a 4-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The rooms are quite large, but very old and a bit worn out — still livable, just don’t expect anything modern.They provide beach towels, which is a nice bonus. If you’re not too picky and just need a budget place near the beach, this hotel is a reasonable option, especially considering how expensive Waikiki usually is.

We had a nice stay here. The hotel is simple, not fancy, but everything worked well. The staff was welcoming and always had fresh towels ready for us. A big plus was the free luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier and let us enjoy the beach without stress. The location is very close to the ocean, and considering how inexpensive this hotel is, it’s honestly a great value for the money. Definitely a good option if you want something affordable and convenient in Waikiki.
