Everhome Suites San Antonio Lackland near Seaworld

This is a brand new hotel. What I love about the room we're in is it has an washer and dryer inside the room with full size fridge, ice maker, and two burner stove top!!!! Outside, they have a chill spot with grills, fire place, and sitting areas to just soak in the good evenings!!! The staff is extremely helpful and A-1 customer service!!! Especially Mr. Collins!! As soon as he saw me, got my package and made sure any request is delivered!!!

The bed was not as comfortable as we've experienced in other hotels, and the pillows were even worse. If there are no traditional ice makers there, and the ones in the fridge freezers are to be used, then they should be ON before you get there so you have ice im.ediately available. The lighting in the room was a bit confusing as we had the lights turn on in the middle of the night several times. In general, the room and property were really nice and clean. After a few bugs get worked out, this score will rise.

The trip was fun and Everhome Suites made it even more convenient. We went for our sisters graduation from BMT at the Lackland base and thankfully we didn’t need to commute very far because of the hotels location. The rooms are very nice with good views and plenty of amenities included such as the table top stove, microwave, and dishwasher too. The vibe is pretty modern and they make the stay very convenient all around with a little market, gym and laundry room which we ended up using to their full potentials. They also have outdoor amenities like grill and patio, we didn’t use the grill but we did spend some late night talks at their fire places. A highlight for our stay was Aliciana, one of the many helpful receptionists, for being so informative and making our stay very smooth and fun!

I left an amazing review on their corporate survey, but then I noticed a charge of $20- I worked all night and returned to the hotel at 6:30am and asked for a 12p late checkout, the guy said yes, but didn’t mention a charge. I’m not complaining about the fee itself- it’s mostly the lack of communication, and surprise billing. I feel almost betrayed by such a nice little hotel, this was my second time here and planned to come back, but now I feel kinda hurt by the sneaky unspoken fees.

After a four-hour drive and a very last-minute search, I found this hotel while heading to visit family on Lackland AFB. It’s only about a 10–15 minute drive to the base, and you can tell the hotel is brand new. The place was clean and well-kept, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The area has plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and I felt completely safe and comfortable during my stay. Overall, a great experience.
