Estancia Motel

I am writing this review as a local resident to bring to light a serious issue I observed at the Estancia Motel. While the motel itself might have some positive aspects, the significant problem of illegal trash dumping on the property's exterior overshadows any potential positives. This type of uncontrolled dumping attracts pests and creates an unsanitary environment. It poses a health risk to guests, staff, and the local community. Illegal dumping contaminates the land and can pollute nearby water sources. It's a blatant disregard for environmental regulations. Piles of debris can be a safety hazard, creating tripping risks and potentially attracting unwanted activity. I have stayed here on and off for over a year. Prices per week or per month have always been reasonable. The Office Manager has always been friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems during the times that I have stayed here.

WOW! Words can't describe this place and Wonderful staffs. This was my first visit to Houston, TX and was beyond perfect. The location is perfect. Most importunely quietest place. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of any issues and concerns you may have. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality and will definitely visit again in the near future.

The woman and son are quite friendly and helpful . The whole property is under more cameras than fort Knox, so I feel safe here. Relatively quite for the neighborhood it's in. Nice little sitting area. The prostitutes around here leave a little to be desired. Other than that it's an absolute dive that's a great place to catch a STD in.

I've spent my money here for almost two years. It's quiet ; comfortable, & the housekeeper is my friend. Though they shouldn't of went up to 50$ if so that much they need to upgrade the cable
