ES Park 10 Hotel

Front desk gals are sweet. It's not in a good location, very run down, doesn't have the fresh smell most hotels have, they also house many families that live there full time, did not feel comfortable/safe at all staying here. Just over all such a disappoiontment. Front desk lady gave us a refund which we appreciated.

Horrible experience we had to leave at two o'clock in the morning because of roaches and big slugs coming in the room from the windows we killed 5 slugs. Ms.Sheena the manager is a lying scamming scheming horrible individual. She lies with the truth sound better. The hotel was prepaid. She said they needed a second card for incidental 15.00 but charged my card 83 dollars. She refuses to take calls or respond to emails. Her service is so horrible another guest ended up cursing her out. Disgusting nasty hotel

The room was nice but the front desk service was horrible. The ladies do a great job. The middle eastern guy is horrible. He really doesn't know what he's doing. Took almost 15 minutes to rekey our keys

Don't go to this hotel. This hotel is a scam. It used to be Hyatt House Houston. The location is shady as hell. I booked a room there. But they didn't have the room that I booked for when I got there to check in. They offered a smaller room or canceled to get a refund. I still haven't gotten my refund yet. You should be careful when you book through third-party. They didn't explain it to you when they offered a refund if you canceled. After they canceled the booking, I asked again to confirm if I would receive the refund because I booked it through HotelsinAmerica. Then they said they would refund the third-party and whatever happened is between me and the third-party. I have to pay again if I rebook the room there. Then, I had to go back and forth with the third-party and they refused to

We only stayed one night as we went to the Houston Rodeo. This hotel is not up to Hyatt standards. The pictures look amazing but the hotel is not. Our room was large and the size was fine but it needs updating and a thorough cleaning. Rust and mold on the shower head. Rust and dirt on air returns to furnace. The sofa sleep arms were dirty. The fan in the bathroom ran all the time. The finish on the mirror is coming off. The AC panel in the shower is rusting and is not flush to the ceiling. There was mold in the shower. The hotel is on the surface drive of I-10 so it is noisy. The outside of the rear unit (there are two detached sections to this hotel) needs power washing and paint. This was a last minute trip and I did not check prior reviews or I would not have stayed here. The staf
