Is there a threshold for the number of stars available to review? I find myself struggling to convey just how egregious booking this property would be. Two weeks ago, we reserved this house for a family reunion, as my brother-in-law was arriving from Australia with his three young children. After driving several hours to collect them from the airport, just 45 minutes prior to our check-in, our reservation was abruptly canceled with a terse message stating there were air conditioning issues to resolve.
