I recently stayed at Enchantment Resort, and it is truly a mixed bag of world-class atmosphere and some frustrating "resort-life" hurdles. Here is the breakdown of my experience: The Highlights: Views & Activities The resort is absolutely breathtaking. If you are looking for beautiful views, this is the place to be. The red rock backdrop is cinematic, and the resort does a great job of offering plenty of activities to keep you engaged with the landscape. Whether you’re hiking or just lounging by the pool, the aesthetic is a 10/10. The Food: Just "Okay" The dining experience was a bit underwhelming given the caliber of the resort. I’d describe the food as "okay-ish." Both the taste and the portion sizes left something to be desired—it wasn't bad, but it didn't quite live up to the premium p

Enchantment Resort has one of the most beautiful locations in Sedona. The views are truly magical and the setting feels very special. Hiking nearby is stunning, although it’s a little sad to see development in such a gorgeous area between three wildlife zones. ||The resort is very spread out, but the golf cart service is usually responsive. The atmosphere is peaceful and scenic.||The biggest downside is the cost. Even after paying a high price for the rooms per night and a daily resort fee, almost everything costs extra. Activities, food, and add-ons add up very fast. You’re really paying for the location, not the value.||Service is fine, but definitely not what you’d expect for the price. After using the hot tub on a cold January night, we were wet and freezing and called for a golf cart

Enchantment used to be my favorite spa and nature resort, and I recommended it to so many people over the years. After my last visit though, I will not be returning. It has changed a lot over the years, and unfortunately the changes have not been for the better. For example, Enchantment guests can no longer use the amenities at the Mii Amo spa, which used to be included in a stay. Unfortunately, even a week before our arrival, the spa services were booked, and at that point I was unable to cancel the room. Rooms are $1000/night, and it's definitely not worth it to me when there's no spa access. I was able to get a last minute cancellation for one spa service during my stay. The food quality also went down from my previous visits, and it's overpriced for what you get. Customer service was

Excellent resort. The location is amazing! This is a hidden gem. Very friendly staff and extremely service oriented. Lovely sitting areas to enjoy the views, heated pools and a ton of other activities. Easy access to trails from the resort as well. Decent restaurants and bars - the food and drinks are on the pricier side.

Very relaxing stay in the middle of the Boynton Canyon, with direct access to two hiking trails! The resort is very spread out, quiet, remote, with excellent service. We stayed at Junior Suite 2 Queens room and were happy with the size, layout, the fireplace, patio with a beautiful view, and amazing large bathroom with a shower and oversized bathtub. However, the carpet and broken sink does show the age of the resort. There are two restaurants at Enchantment, both are just ok and very overpriced for the quality, size and taste, so we would drive to Sedona for dinner after dining at each in-resort restaurant several times. We enjoyed the main pool/jacuzzi, what a beautiful view and we appreciated the pool was heated. Tennis courts were great also! The spa amenities were very nice, but, unfo
