Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Convention Center

We booked this hotel basically last minute for a multi day family trip to DC. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well kept. The room was spacious and plenty big for our family of 4 with two adult sized teens on the pull out couch. The room attendants offered exceptional service and often asked how our stay was going/if we needed anything via text. The room was warm and clean at all times.||Breakfast was amazing, can get crowded on some days but well worth it. The inlet station was very good or you can quickly serve yourself if you are in a hurry. The amount of food you could get which is included in your stay alone saved us a ton of money.||I attended the happy hour every night I was there - they offered beer/wine/cocktails - 2 for free then you can order whatever you want from the bar

We stayed here in December 2025 for a family trip and enjoyed our stay. We liked the happy hour and stayed for dinner to watch football. The suite was spacious enough for our family of 5. We walked everywhere including the national mall and a few nearby restaurants. The neighborhood also felt safe. We would definitely stay here again. My only advice is to find street parking or a nearby garage- it wasn’t hard for us to find weekend street parking.

A really great hotel! First of all we have to memtion the reception worker Elvis. He gave such a good service the entire stay. All the time with a smile and truly cared that we were enjoying our stay. The room was great! Spacious and clean and we were suprised how much value you get for the money. Brrakfast was delicious and also therr the sraff was with a smile And the location was great. We could walk to the white house in 12 min. I definitily recommend this hitel

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights just before Christmas and loved our stay. All staff were polite and friendly. The room is spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is plentiful and the omelet station was fantastic! Two free drinks and snacks each evening is such a lovely touch- all this for around £100 per night right in the centre of DC?! We travel all over the world and I really feel that this hotel is unjustified in receiving some of the negative reviews posted here.

This hotel is ideally situated in the center of town offering easy walks or quick Uber rides to all the locations you want to see. Most of the staff was professional and friendly. The cooks at breakfast need to work on customer service skills. On one occasion, observed a line cook yelling at a person because he stepped out of line waiting for his breakfast while on another situation, observed a cook playing with his cell phone trying to video himself which messed up the orders. The valet were top notch! While the hotel does have a full bar, the drinks are expensive and not well made. I ordered an old fashion which cost over 20.00 and would have been off buying a pre-made one at a liquor store. The room was great offering space. The hotel has established quiet hours which was great.
