My family and I just came home from Hawaii and what a time we had! Embassy Suites surpassed all my expectations starting with the feeling of "aloha" from the moment we checked in .. big thanks to Lorena for helping us and taking the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions =) The location of this hotel is wonderful because it is central to the main street in Waikiki. You can even cut through Royal Hawaiian if you want to avoid the street crowd to get to the other side. Breakfast buffet was great!! My kids look forward to breakfast everyday. They provided miso soup, yogurt, fruits, eggs, beacon, sausage, rice, pancakes, mini muffins, french toast and ready to made omelette station was fast. I also wanted to acknowledge the employee, Haven. Every morning we were there, he a

We had an amazing stay at the Embassy Suites, Hilton in Hawaii! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the 2 bedroom suites were spotless and great layout for a family of 5.||The pool area was a standout—spacious, great vibe, yet feels secluded, perfect for both relaxing and family time. A special mention has to go to Otto, the pool attendant. Otto truly made our experience unforgettable. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. His positive energy and genuine hospitality really set the tone for our stay. We didn’t miss one Happy Hour. ||We can’t recommend this Hilton enough and will absolutely be back. Huge thanks to Otto and the entire team for such a memorable

There are a lot of hotel options in Waikiki, and in my opinion there are definitely better choices than this one. Starting with the positives, the location is decent. It’s not directly on the main strip, but on a slightly off-centered road. It’s still within walking distance to the beach, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby that are easy to reach on foot. Now for the negatives. The hotel is very dated. While they’ve tried to refresh the rooms with newer decor, once you’re inside you can clearly see and feel the building’s age. There’s also a musty smell in the rooms that doesn’t go away, even with the air conditioning running constantly. The beds were one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattresses feel very cheap—you can feel the springs in your back when lying down

Hotels needs refurbished. Checked in and was told they were upgrading us. What we got was an extra handicap bedroom and we are not handicapped. Would have been nicer to get a room with a view instead of looking at roof. Breakfast was decent. Long lines and would have thought more fresh fruit. Valet staff out did themselves. Stay away from floor 4. Although convenient also where food and pool are and no one talked quietly so up at 630 everyday

Let me offer you a MASSIVE TIP. If you’re considering staying here, make sure you call the hotel directly and ask them if all the elevators are working in the tower you’ll be staying at. We had one elevator down and man did it suck. It was broken the entire time we stayed here and I literally loathed having to use it because it took so long to get to our floor. Everything about this hotel was great (including the breakfast) but being down one elevator in our tower sucked. I really didn’t want to have to say this but hopefully it will nudge the owners to ensure the elevators work (or a massive priority to get fixed if not). Otherwise you need to expect lineups. Other than that the experience here was great. Wonderful location and be sure to rent a car from Akamai across the street as they w
