Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Airport

Jessica delivered truly exceptional customer service! She went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only was she incredibly friendly, but she was genuinely kind and FUN the kind of person who makes your whole experience better just by being there. She was hustling the entire time with a smile on her face, handling everything with such grace and positivity. You can tell she truly cares about what she does. Customer service like this is rare, Jessica is an absolute gem made our stay phenomenal!

Positive: The location was good; easy to access Negative: Self pay parking on their property is $20 per day; ugh! :( That's ridiculous/ a bit of a rip-off in our opinion. The rooms are dated for sure. They need a better daily rate.

Excellent service all around, especially for it's price. Special props to Jesse. Great bartender. Courtney as well. Very helpful and informative. Great omelets for breakfast. Love the happy hour special. Dinner prices match quality, it's pricy but it's damn good. Maids took great care of my room. Room size was great; thought I was sharing a bathroom, not realizing the space was all mine. Overall; exceptionally good for the pricing. Fell like a Elite on a middle class budget I guess.

Hotel was somewhat dated staff was awesome. Jesse, Mary, Juanita, and Romero were standout staff. Would stay here again. Christina the HGV Ambassador was so cheerful and helpful, wonderful to chat with.

I enjoyed the classic ambiance of the Hotel and the customer service was excellent from check-in to check-out. My room was clean and prepared for us to have a comfortable stay. The restaurant and breakfast was professional and made with great detail to presentation and culinary skills. If I must offer any feedback back to a future guest; be sure to be prepared to pay for parking and be sure to put your ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on your door if you plan to sleep in until check out at noon.
