Positive: Very clean and nice staff! Good breakfast! Negative: A/C in our room was really loud and would not turn off in the middle of the night. Told the front desk and they acted on it.

Jaylen checked us in and he definitely understands excellent customer service. Went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and assisted us later with questions. Complimentary reception was excellent with a very pleasant and welcoming bartender. Breakfast was more of a dining experience than just your normal complimentary breakfast. Delicious with lots of choices.

Stayed here recently for a girls weekend and loved it! The rooms were spacious, each guest receives 2 free drinks in the evening and the staff was amazing. Paula during breakfast was an amazing host and made us feel extremely welcomed during our time. Thank you so much Paula!

My wife and I were there recently for an event at The Lenovo center and had an excellent time. It is right across the street from the Crabtree mall, so we had a wide variety of places to eat and shop at prior to going out for the evening. When we pulled up to the property, parking was easy as they provided me with a tag to place in my car and I didn't have to navigate an overly complicated automated system at the entrance to their parking structure. I got there at roughly 3 or 4 PM and there were plenty of parking spots on the first level so I didn't have to drive around and around to find one and then hike to their elevator to get into the hotel itself. Three stars for location, but service, parking, and rooms actually 1 or 2 stars. Here's why... When I arrived there were two cars blocking the covered entrance area at the front so I proceeded to go find a parking space. Exterior parking is very limited, so I ended up going into the attached parking deck. Spaces inside the parking deck are extremely tight..big vehicles are going to find it almost impossible and in my midsize SUV (Xterra) it was a challenge. Once parked I went to the elevator which directs you to the 2nd floor to enter the hotel..except you can't enter the hotel without a key card. So I'm stuck holding luggage on the second floor with no access. I ring the doorbell thing multiple times with no answer. I was about to walk all the way around the hotel to get to the front
