Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport

We arrived on 3/6/26 friday night to see JoKoy comedian at Xfinity arena. The neighborhood doesnt feel safe. There are 3 hotels in the same area. Extended stays of America and sonesta select. A lot of weird sketchy people walking around. Very noisy outside hotel. The hotel is right off the highway. We checked into Embassy suites and the service was great we were greeted. The parking fee is $29.99 a night. The hotel is very old and dated BUT MY ROOM WAS SPIC AND SPAN CLEAN. I always take cleaning supplies and let me tell you everything was clean clean. The side of the hotel we were in was quiet and no noise. But the other side of hotel was a different story. We go away a lot and always select embassy suites by hilton due to their clean rooms and excellent breakfast. We were disappointed

Our stay was extremely disappointing, both from a maintenance and customer service standpoint.||During the stay, my son noticed the bathroom ceiling was actively leaking in an area that had clearly been patched previously. It was unclear what was leaking—water, waste, or something else—which is obviously concerning. He reported the issue to the front desk while leaving for the day and was told it would be taken care of. It never was. They were not moved to a clean, non-leaking room, nor was the issue addressed during the stay.||After the stay, I received the bill and found two separate smoking/damage fees charged to the room. Initially, I assumed this was related to the leaking ceiling. When I called the hotel, I was told the charges were a billing error, and that the property had been exp

Please be aware!!! Bed bug infested…My family stayed there January 31st 2026. Noticed a bug crawling on the bed. Rm 513 to be specific. I killed it & took pics of the bug. An exterminator determined that it was a bed bug. Judy Soman the Manager was NOT helpful at all. She denies that it was a bed bug. With great reluctance(after calling the owner) they returned points and money for our one day stay. Still have not received any reimbursement for my clothes, which were on the bed at the time. I would NOT recommend this hotel. I can say that all the other staff were very helpful, the manager’s lack of response(ignored emails and a blatantly disrespectful sense of humor) resulted in this poor review.

Positive: The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, breakfast was included, and proximity to the airport. Negative: When we first entered our room the sofa bed was halfway put back, the ottoman was on its side with the couch pillows on top of it. The microwave, refrigerator, and every drawer imaginable were open. Lamp was on the ground. Hotel looks old.

I got stranded in the winter storms, and booked this hotel last-second. Originally, I went to check in and they couldn't find my reservation, but it turned out that in my stress, I accidentially booked for FEBRUARY, a whole month out! I thought I was cooked, but DeWan (I believe that was his name, the man was the most dripped out and most helpful gentleman I've ever worked with) helped me get into a room. I ended up having to extend my stay 3 times, and the front desk was always incredibly helpful, especially Patricia and Judy! Super kind, understanding, and were able to keep me in the same room the whole time. The room itself was great -- the perfect place to camp out for 4 days and work.
