Embassy Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Will Rogers Airport

Overall a decent hotel! We only stayed for one night during our trip. The guy working front desk @ 7:20pm on Jan 27th was not very kind and welcoming. Definitely not a great first impression to start off our stay. Parking lot was not plowed which was a little inconvenient but was well lit. We parked our car in the lot full of stuff and it was safe overnight. It is not a secured parking lot but still felt safe due to the bright lights. The inside of the hotel was really nice and modern! The bathroom was a little small and the shower never truly got hot even after running for 15 minutes which was a bummer! The shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Always consistently a great stay and welcomed by long term employees who remember our family every time we are here. Always service with a smile. Bert, Djoko, David and Clay were great with our big family and it was great to see them every morning and evening during our stay. They went out of their ways to make us feel at home but maybe that’s just the Embassy standard. The people we meet here is the reason we have been coming to this particular location for over 20 years for our family functions. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!

Positive: Everyone is nice but pool was to cold swim and the room where pool was was cold so the babies could not swim. The main reason we stayed there. My water in shower was warm and the heater never got warm in my room. Negative: Pool cold and the room it was in was cold

My stay at this hotel has been disappointing. The property feels very outdated—our room had old carpeting, and the balcony glass door had visible stains that made the room feel unclean. In addition, both TVs in the room were not smart TVs, which made the amenities feel extremely dated. Overall, the room felt like stepping back into the 1990s rather than staying in a modern hotel. I also had an uncomfortable experience during the hotel’s happy hour. My husband brought a personal beer into the dining area where other guests were drinking. A male bartender approached him and scolded him in a very condescending manner, as if he were a child, stating that personal beverages were not allowed. We stayed for 6 days and had a great experience. The breakfast and social hour were wonderful perks. There were quite a few kids there over the weekend for a wrestling tournament, which made it a little wild at times, but it didn’t take away from our stay. Overall, we had an awesome time and will definitely be back!
