Embassy Suites by Hilton New Orleans

My stay at the Embassy Suites New Orleans during Mardi Gras was amazing. My Bacchus Suite was top tier for sure, it had plenty of space, the balcony had a great few of the parade and the housekeeping staff was awesome. The location was the greatest, it was close to everything, very easy to find. The front desk staff, Marvin, Nicholas and Aaron were phenomenal. They WORKED, and made sure everyone was accommodated on every level and they did it EFFORTLESSLY and efficiently. Thank you guys for making our stay here unforgettable!!!

We enjoyed our stay. So many things are in walking distance or a short trolley rides away. The room was clean. Small bathroom and the suites are smaller than other Embassy suites. The omelets were tasty, though I wouldn’t put as much of the items in myself. My omelet was mostly ham. It would be nice if we could choose our own items and how much of the items we could get. Also, I thought the breakfast items were limited. But than other hotels, but not better than other Embassy suites. The stand outs were definitely Aaron at the front desk. He was so pleasant. He greeted us every morning. He makes everyone feel like a VIP. Also, Monica at the br. She was also very pleasant and made a great rum punch ;) overall I would stay here again.

Positive: The air conditioner worked well, breakfast was nice, and the location was convenient. Negative: Pool needs cleaning, and pump needs to be checked for working properly. Also, only one complimentary drink served at reception time.

I would like to compliment Aaron at the front desk. Aaron's guest service went above and beyond. The welcoming greetings and the genuine smiles made my day. I had an issue with my room ( my fault booked wrong room ) but Aaron was able to fix it with no issues. Aaron is most definitely an asset to the Hilton Embassy.

Aaron at the front desk provided excellent service during my stay. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and he made sure I had everything I needed. Great customer service and a great first impression of the hotel!
