Breakfast - Free breakfast. Hot, made to order omelettes. Plenty of other options, fruit, pancakes, waffle maker, yogurt, pastries. Breakfast is from 7-10. Pool- Open 7a-10a and 12p-9p. Beautiful indoor pool with a waterfall. Has an outdoor heated pool attached in the indoor pool. Easy to swim to if you choose. Workout Room- Open 24 hours Rooms- Absolutely beautiful layout. Suite has an attached office space to work. Double beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean, no bugs. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, my room was big, clean and I felt safe traveling by myself. There was a $5 night parking fee, which was worth it as it seems other hotels in the area have issues with car break ins. My car was fine and the lot was well lighted. The breakfast was wonderful with several great options. And the managers reception in the evening was wonderful too! They gave me bottles of water at check in and said to come for more as needed. I ordered dinner from the bar two nights and both times a salad. Once with the added chicken and once with the salmon. Both were good but the salmon was amazing! It is in a quiet and safe area and very close to things I needed. If I am ever back in Columbus this is where I will stay. Thank you

The hotel is fantastic. However you don't want to stay here because it has been targeted by criminals who are breaking into all the cars every night. They even have police cameras up in the parking lot but that does not stop the criminals from breaking into the cars. If you don't want your car broken into then don't stay here.

Breakfast was great, room was nice and spacious, staff friendly. However, in my opinion, they have a serious car break in problem that s not being handled adequately. it appears 7 break-ins last night, allegedly 13 on Tuesday night. "Security" on site did not secure. When traveling in the future, I will pack some window plastic and tape. Good Luck!! *they didn't charge for parking, lol

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this was truly a terrible experience. Staff does not care about concerns brought to their attention. - Boiler was broken so no running water on 1 of the days we stayed there. No heads up via email though per the Manager it was a planned repair where they posted on the premises paper annoucements. How do those of us arriving the same day the repair is made find out ahead of time? - Message from manager- this was an announced repair. Message from front desk - this was an emergency repair which is why we didn't announce it... Who's lying here? - Running water was shut down before the announced time.
