Embassy Suites by Hilton Chattanooga Downtown

This is a beautiful new property. Generally, we had a nice stay, and I’d stay again. I liked being able to walk to Mellow Mushroom, Ben & Jerry’s, and the Aquarium.|Keep in mind it’s downtown, so parking is limited, and there is a good bit of street noise. That is to be expected.|The cons for this property is that 1) the rooms seem significantly smaller than your average Embassy Suites. 2) breakfast was lacking, by Embassy Suites standards, and 3) every morning he had issues with the valet. Nice young man, but it averaged over 30 minutes to get our car. That was super irritating. The evening crew was on it, they were great. But we were late each morning even though we sent a text (per the instructions) every day with plenty of time to spare. He even brought us the wrong vehicle one time. N

I recently stayed at the property and had a great experience, especially thanks to Justin Weatherly and Andre Carlin on the valet team. From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They handled my vehicle with care and made the entire arrival and departure process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was their positive attitude and genuine kindness — they made me feel valued as a guest. Justin and Andre clearly take pride in their work, and their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my stay.

I recently stayed here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. A special shout-out to Justin, the valet, who went above and beyond to make my visit smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly polite, quick to assist with my car, and even offered helpful tips about the local area.

This place was great. From the begging I was meant with a friendly face and great service by the valet staff. I believe the young man who took my car was named Andre. My room was ready in time and super clean, the location is also the best spot in Chattanooga. Overall great will definitely be coming back!

We were looking for a nice hotel by the aquarium and the Embassy Suites exceeded our expectations. From the thoughtful hospitality, complimentary drinks, snacks, made to order breakfast and a very well maintained indoor pool, this was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a perfect location. We parked in the parking garage 5 mins away and never had to drive anywhere for our stay. We could walk everywhere within 5-10 minutes, the restaurants, movie theater, museum and aquarium are all right there! This made our outing with the kids sooo much easier. We also appreciated all the little details this hotel had. Just to name a few, there were towels and cold water in the gym, extra bedding and pillows in the room, noise stoppers to keep the room do
