Elmwood Resort Hotel

Great stay — clean, spacious, and amazing customer service We stayed at Elmwood Resort in Wells, Maine, in a One Bedroom Queen Superior and had a wonderful experience. While some rooms on the property may be more updated, ours was a bit more on the traditional/outdated side in some instances — but they are absolutely keeping up with modern demands, including two flat-screen TVs, which was a nice touch. The room was very spacious, super comfortable, and truly clean (not just surface clean). There were no odors, everything felt fresh, and everything worked properly. You can tell this place is cared for and maintained with attention and pride. The customer service was outstanding — friendly, accommodating, and very communicative. This was our 3rd time staying here we brought our 12 year old granddaughter this time so 2 bedrooms was perfect.There was no noise issues and for the price you can not beat it.I kinda like the no room service everyday if you need stuff it can always be requested.Love indoor pool and special events at night {movies music ect}is a nice tough.We will be returning w more family next time.

We checked in and the lady was nice. She said that they don't do room service but if you scan the QR code on the paper that they give you, you can order stuff like extra towels online. They give you a green bag in the room with towels for your stay and if you're done with them, you put them in the red (should be on the counter) bag and leave it outside the door for the cleaning people to collect. They have an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. During this time of the year, they stop heating the outdoor pool but it is still chemicalized they said. I am looking forward to using the pools and will post pics of them when I use them. The suite that we are staying in is very nice but the ceiling fan with the light keeps flickering. The two beds are in the upstairs room and the full bathroom is up

The rooms are like 1 bedroom condos. The recliner is nice to have and they stock the cabinets with every plate and pot and pan you need. The keurig comes with 4 coffees. The room was clean upon arrival. I like that every room either has a patio and balcony. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in Wells Maine.

Clean, good location. Nice kitchen. Somewhat outdated, didn't have direct USB charger ports ( which I was counting on since literally every hotel I've stayed in in past 5 years has). 10 am check out time meant we couldn't come back and shower after a trip to beach in the morning. Advertisement says gym on facility but there's just a pass to a local gym which is closed on Sundays. Indoor pool was a nice temperature.
