Room was clean and bed had new sheets brand new fridge price comfy 75 everytime I stay in hartford I stay there already use them 8 times will recommend

Room was decent, bed too small, great weekly room price. Not bad stay after cleaning up the room. Downside it's one obviously permanent resident and he is an angry bitter old man who calls the police for any little thing 🙄 overall not the worst place to stay

Rude. I called and asked about a weekly rate and was told they were full. I then asked what is the weekly rate when there is vacancy. The man YELLED AT ME and said No, we will not have vacancy. I was like “you never intend to have a vacancy?” Because I was genuinely confused by that statement. He became irate and called me rude.

Called for a 2 person room for a week. Was told they had some. Drove there 10 minute trip and they had none. Great customer service. NOT

Beds are very small,A/C blows directly on the bed, beds are on the wrong side of the room... But the rooms are very clean.
