Element Savannah Midtown

Me and my crew stayed for 2 weeks for a job we had in Savannah. The customer service was great! The rooms were big, clean and modern. House keeping took care of us everyday with cleaning and fresh towels. The amenities (gym and Laundry) were fully functional and well kept. The breakfast service was outstanding as well. This was a great stay and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Excellent hotel and stay!!…

We loved staying at the Element. The hotel was clean and is a newer hotel. The decor is also nice. The room was great with the amenities, furniture, and wall decor. The king size bed was very comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave. The gym had weights, a couple weight machines, and ellipticals/treadmills. The breakfast was made to order so there was a wait but it was good. They also had pastries, yogurt, and oatmeal if you did not want to wait. The staff was friendly and remembered our names.

I stayed here with my husband, my two kids, and our small dog, and I was very impressed with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Darren at the front desk immediately put a smile on our faces and made us feel truly welcome. Check-in was fast, easy, and stress-free. The hotel itself was extremely clean and very well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. I was surprised by how well equipped it was, with a stovetop, full fridge, and more. It felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room, which was perfect for traveling as a family. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was large with great water pressure and hot water, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The amenities were fairly nice here, breakfast options were much better than other places I have been. Loved the espresso style coffee maker, wish it had been available all day not just breakfast lol. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Location is located nicely from River Street and convenient from lots of food places. Minor Cons Issues with entrance light not working. (Staff offered to change our room for this) Could not call the front desk from the room phone, even when using the front desk button or manually dialing following the directives on the phone. So did have to go down to the desk for needed items. The bathroom was presumably cleaned before we arrived, but lots of hair in obvious places (i.e long strands on the toilet seat, shower and near sink). Some spots/stains also o
