Element Philadelphia Downtown

We walked in around check out time, so it was a bit hectic getting in, but otherwise had a lovely time at this hotel. All the staff were super friendly, helpful, and efficient. The rooms were clean and pretty large, and the beds were comfortable. Very nice touch to have complimentary breakfast - a rarity these days - and a sink with filtered water in the room. Location was pretty good, walkable to attractions and the trains. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved my experience here. The floors are quiet. Elevators move fast. Valet was flawless. Great location right in the middle of central Philly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Modern and AC HEAT worked perfectly. Nice quick marts, pharmacy restaurants and bars within walking distance. Overall, great experience.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I stay in Philly. The hotel is beautiful - modern, clean and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.||The rooms are spacious and spotless! The breakfast in the lobby is wonderful! ||Wanted to give a special shout out to the wonderful staff at the Front Desk and Security: Bintou, Tori, Leah, Chris, Derek (Security) and last but not least, Cayman who went above and beyond the call of duty when I needed some medical assistance during my stay. Special shout out to Tim as well. ||I highly recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed here numerous times and have always had a positive experience!

We enjoy staying at element in Center City. There are shops, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance in every direction. The staff are cordial. Elevators, heating/cooling, and water systems are reliable, which is important in a hotel stay. We've never had any issues with cleanliness. Prices are very reasonable and the hotel always honors Marriott rewards programs. Overall, we recommend a stay at this hotel.

Positive: Location was excellent, and we enjoyed the happy hour. The room was comfortable, and staff was helpful. Negative: The room doors were really hard to open. You had to have the right technique of pulling the handle at the same time of swiping the card. This was the most frustrating part.
