Fantastic stay! It was only one night, but I'm already sad that we're not there anymore. We had another event booked elsewhere, and that made me really appreciate the brand new Element. Whatever opening hiccups they had seems to be resolved. Although the building existed, the hotel is new. We were in room 1516, and it was nice and quiet, even though it was close to the elevator. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the bedding is nice and crisp. The kitchenette had a sink, microwave, cutlery and some basic dishes. The only thing I can think that's missing is a mirror in the room. There is the bathroom mirror, but if you're getting ready while the bathroom is occupied, a mirror would be nice. - preferably full length. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is awesome. Checked in 3/5/26 and on 3/6/26 fire alarm went off with announcement that it was a false alarm. On 3/7/26 the was an anoincement that there was a fire derected in the building with alarm going off. No announcement. Myself and my wife and daughter were on the 18th floor. I have been in several fires including a high rise fire when I was younger. I am disabled and have trouble walking but I went down 18 floors to exit in the lobby area with construction workers sitting around. I asked if there was a fire and where people were evacuating to. They just laughed and said there nothing wrong. As I went towards the lobby with my family we were mocked in Spanish by the workers, I won't repeat what they said, I guess they did not know I could understand some Spanish. Lobby staff nothing wa
The Good: I want to highlight that the hotel is visually stunning and very clean. The front desk staff, specifically Page, are polite, professional, and did everything in their power to help us. The Bad (Major Red Flags): Despite the staff’s best efforts, the building’s systems and safety protocols are not ready for guests: * Fire Hazard: On our second night, the AC unit began emitting a strong smell of burning electrical components/ironing. We had to shut it off immediately for our family's safety. * Accessibility Failure: As a disabled veteran with back injuries, I was assigned an ADA room on the 17th floor. During a planned fire drill, there was no assistance or evacuation plan for mobility-impaired guests. I was forced to walk down 17 flights of stairs, resulting in severe physical pa
I really wanted to love this new hotel, but unfortunately our stay was extremely disappointing. During 4 out of the 5 days we were there, we were significantly inconvenienced. There were two false fire alarms, both of which required us to evacuate and walk down 15 flights of stairs. This was not only frustrating but exhausting and disruptive. On top of that, we experienced multiple maintenance issues throughout our stay. At various times, there was no running water, no hot water, and the air conditioning was not working. These are basic amenities that should be reliable, especially at a newly opened property. While the staff was polite, the repeated disruptions and lack of essential services made our stay very uncomfortable. For a new hotel, this was far below expectations. I hope manag
