Eldorado Hotel and Spa

Excellent stay from start to finish. The junior suite is perfectly roomy with a fireplace and balcony. The service was top notch from check-in to the restaurant, room service and valet. The hotel is within walking distance to beautiful churches, museums, awesome food and tons of shopping. And the heated roof top pool and jacuzzi offer a great chance to relax after a hard day of vacationing. We'll definitely be returning.

This is a true and unexaggerated account of my ordeal trying to make a reservation at the Eldorado Hotel in Santa Fe, NM in March 2026: On March 2nd I called the hotel to make a reservation. I was connected to the reservations line. An AI ‘person’ answered. I asked about available reservations and price. I also told the AI that I had a group rate discount code that I wanted to use. The AI took down all my information then it asked for my credit card information. I said that I don’t want to make reservation until I know the total price after the discount is applied and AI kept insisting on needing my credit card numbers before she would be able to give me the total price. I indicated again that I do not want to pay for the reservation, but wanted to know the total before committing. She ag

Unbeatable location, close to historic plaza and downtown. Very nice outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi, which we thoroughly enjoyed in the middle of winter. Room was spacious and clean, though the double rooms actually have double full beds, not queen. Since we were a party of three, it was hard for two to share a full bed. The hotel was very accommodating and let us change to a King suite with a King and a sofa bed (also comfy) without extra charge. Special shoutout to the valet team—we always get our cars in minutes and they always greeted us with a smile. Overall, only positive experiences at Eldorado!

A nice hotel located just a block from Lensic & Georgia Okeefe musuem and just a five minute stroll to plaza. Room was spacious and bathroom appeared to be updated though wallpaper was pealing. Nice touch: most lights on dimmers! Refrigerator was missing temp control knob and in need if defrosting. Most of our items froze within 24 hours. Our workout in fitness center was interrupted by a mechanical mishap that filled the room with smoke!. Luggage racks only for use by bellhops so bring some currency to tip! No EV charger in garage.

First, we hosted a large event for work there - a conference of over 250 people, and the hotel staff were amazing to work with. They very kind and considerate and helped us with we needed before and during the conferences. Brian is amazing! ||Second, i stayed a few extra nights for some well needed R&R and it was great! I got a massage at the spa, and Amy was the MT and helped work out the knots and tension. The pools were very nice and perfect temp for relaxing and unwinding. I can emphasize enough how friendly and helpful the staff were overall. I feel very relaxed! I will define returning to getaway later in the future.
