El Rio Motel

We lived here as a family for a long time. We are grateful to the motel staff for their kindness, understanding, and help. We stayed in a nice, large room with two big beds, a good bathroom, and a great view of nearby Carr Park from the window. If there were any minor problems in our room, the staff fixed them right away. There was always parking available. The staff regularly repaired and painted things. The motel grounds were generally clean. We express our gratitude and wish your business continued success. I recommend it!!!

El Rio provides the bare essentials, and it is a good deal based on the price. I would recommend this accommodation to those budget travels who want a certain level of comfort and cleanliness for a pretty good price. I comparison shopped around for prices, and it seemed to be one of the cheapest in that area, which is why I decided to take the risk and choose it for the night. ||||I rented a single bedroom with King Size bed. The building itself is a little old, but the rooms are well maintained and clean as well as pretty big. There seems to be a heater/AC unit, which I fully took advantage of. the Asian lady owner was extremely rude ! I booked a room online and she did not want to honor the reservation because she wanted 10 more $ for her taxes she said . I then told her taxes were paid for already with my fee and she started yelling at me calling me cheap encouraging me to go find another room ! I was tired from working all day and didn't wanna deal with the drama . Consumer reading this review go somewhere else . This place and there service is obviously a disrespectful experience. BEWARE !

I only saw the place from the parking lot. It looked clean and well put together, although it's definitely "vintage". Was not full and was easy to get a room. Staff friendly. Unfortunately I did not see the rooms.

I think the front desk lady is bipolar,she was nice and sweet and she yelled at me and my dog after we paid for 2 days, she's a friend of the devil, WOW 😳 thank you for being strict, strict is good God is good 💯 This place is a great place,thank you Jesus 🙏👍
