Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles Glendale

At $300/night with parking, I expected better service than this. A/C went out in room so this was how it was fixed. I understand maintenance issues happen but I feel that they could have moved rooms for me. I still gave it 4 stars due to location and views of pool and palm trees.

This has been a complete service failure from start to finish. The Highlights (or Lowlights): • Hospital Room Vibes: We checked in with two young kids and were shoved into a wheelchair-accessible room that felt like a sterile hospital ward. No towel racks in the shower, zero convenience for a family. Despite multiple pleas, it took them the next day to move us. • The "Daily Key Card" Ritual: Their system is apparently broken, so I’ve had to go to the front desk to manually reactivate my key every single night. It’s 2026—why am I begging for access to my own room every 24 hours? • Parking Nightmare: The tech issues extend to the garage. We can’t use our key cards to get in or out; we have to buzz the front desk like we're asking for permission to leave. It’s an exhausting hurdle every t

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It is one of the nicest Residence Inn's we have stayed at. Breakfast eating area included outdoor patio space which is beautiful in the morning. Front desk staff was friendly and informative. Housekeeping was very accommodating and did a great job. Parking was secure underground and without issue. Walking distance to many eateries and shopping areas of Glendale. We did not use the pool area but it looked clean and not busy during our weekend stay. We will return when in the area next!

Nice location. Walking distance to churches, mall and restaurants. Room is clean and comfortable. Love their gym!

One of the best of the many Marriotts we have visited. Clean, quiet suite and very helpful staff. The value for the money at Residence Inns is always a pleasant surprise -- comfortable bed, sitting area and full kitchen. In addition, the hot breakfast here is excellent and there is an outdoor eating area for those typical pleasant SoCal mornings. The walk-in shower is large and luxurious. There is a convenient underground parking area.
