Extended Stay America Suites- Los Angeles - Glendale

I recently stayed at Extended Stay America Roy State for over five weeks, and my experience was significantly enriched by the exceptional service provided by the new manager, Andrea, and the diligent housekeeping staff member, Gabriella. Since Andrea's arrival, the hotel has maintained a notably smooth and clean operation, which ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Andrea's professionalism and dedication truly stood out. She consistently exceeded our expectations by addressing our needs promptly and effectively. We encountered issues with internet charges during our stay, but Andrea took the initiative to resolve them, thoroughly investigating the situation, ensuring refunds, and transferring credits accurately. I had to book a night stay unexpectedly because of terrible circumstances unfortunately but thankfully at check-in Chanel turned my night from awful to joyful, She helped me check in went above and beyond and we shared a few laughs. I stayed here a few days with family. The room was OK at best, but the front desk clerk, Isela, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for a good experience.

Positive: Hotel employee at the front desk was helpful and responsive when I called ahead, then when I arrived to check in. The room was spacious, if somewhat sparse, but totally reasonable at the price point. Negative: ""

The room smells like tobacco, as a matter of fact the whole hotel smells like tobacco even the hotel supposed to be none smoking. The room was so dusty the floors haven’t been cleaned for probably a year. Towels are yellow and not white I am not talking about color it so yellow from staining. Be prepared to bring you own soap, shampoo and body wash they don’t provide any of this stuff. For $101 a night at least make sure the room presentable. Worst hotel I have been into.
