El Mio Motel

I really really wish I can rate them 0 stars fr. They are the worst! I literally showed them videos of small bed bugs and the manager proceeded to tell me straight to my face after watching it there’s no bed bugs. Didn’t want to give me new linen, didn’t want to give me a refund after seeing proof of bed bugs. I literally cried because I wanted to hurt these people and knew I couldn’t. DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. And no hot water at all sink nor shower

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Checked in for 2 rooms. 1st room had no key for the door and the door was locked. Was told they were going to change the lock, and had us waiting for over 4 hours to change a lock. 2nd room, bedding was dirty beyond anything, nothing worked and the room was not even liveable. There was no towels, soap, nothing. Even the faucet was missing from the shower. Once again WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Rented for a homeless couple, clerk was rude, but you get what you pay for.
