You get what you pay for here. Everything picture-wise is falsely advertised and outdated. The non smoking room smelled of smoke, the smoke detector had a bag wrapped around it. The floor had a sticky residue throughout, so when you walk with shoes you can feel your shoes peeling off of the floor. The showerhead had a leak that sprayed onto the entire bathroom floor and toilet. They only gave us hand soap, no shampoo or body wash. They have one light in the room, that doesnt even light up the entire room, as its a single bulb pointed directly at the front door like a spotlight as if someone is gonna come in and do a performance. Positive: Centrally located to the great parts of Winter Haven. Negative: The rooms are atrocious. Beds queeks and noisy, uncomfortable. Door didn't close completely, unsafe and people knocks on doors all night looking for others. Trashy local people living there. Walls needed paint, mismatched walls. Roaches.

This is the worst motel ever. The TV doesn't work in room 43. The whole bathroom is nasty. The shower curtain is disgusting. Also dry pee around the toilet seat. The bed covers look like they didn't even bother to change them. I will never stay here again.

Rooms need to be updated by fixing holes, painting, fresh clean curtains, bedspread, shower curtains and really need cleaned better and they should provide at least 2 full size towels and 2 was clothes. They definitely need pest control to come weekly. Absolutely not worth what they charge per night.

ROACHES CRAWLING EVERYWHERE!!!!! The bathtub was literally black the whole room was absolutely disgusting. This place needs to be closed down immediately. My husband a daughter walked in and walked right out then were stuck trying to find another place to stay at 11:00 at night.
