Economy Motel Inn & Suites

For the price, it is absolutely incredible and it cannot be beat. A Hotel room for less than $50 is unheard of, Especially so close to Ocean City. And the ones with full kitchens are just $20 more. The staff is incredibly friendly, Especially the older white guy with the dog. He’s the sweetest man I’ve ever met. So empathetic so kind and really does care about his job & the patrons. Although everyone there is very nice. Yes The rooms are not five star, but this place is the reason why a lot of people with a little money don’t go homeless in the winter. This place has saved me so many times. They offer toast and coffee in the morning for free. Any issues you have with the room they will fix it or move you to another room right away. I made a reservation months in advance for July 4th, and when I arrived with my family late at night, we were shocked to find out they had canceled our reservation without any reason and sold our apartment to someone else.||The appearance of the property was already disappointing—run-down and completely different from the photos—but what really ruined everything was their complete lack of professionalism and respect. We were left with nowhere to go in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend, when everything nearby was fully booked.||This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply upsetting for my whole family. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service, misleading listings, and absolutely no accountability.||Th

The photos of this hotel are extremely misleading. They make it look beautiful and new, but in reality it is old, rusty, and very run down. The staff were rude and unprofessional, one flipped out and was yelling at us, another talked badly about a friend who was with us to me and my mother while she was right in front of him, and another kept complaining about how terrible the job was to us and like wouldn’t stop. The room was not clean, there was hair on the bed, the room smelled like smoke, the mattress was so uncomfortable you could feel the box spring, and the pillows were so flat I could literally see my Kindle screen through them. Positive: The hotel was disgusting. The bathroom was in shambles. The bed had stains on it, and the springs were poking through the mattress. Negative: The room smelled horrible. It was a horrible experience. The guy at the front desk was nasty. This hotel is supposed to be 2.5 star, but it is notI booked a room across the street that’s listed as a two star and it was 10 times better.

I disliked the cleanliness, staff & service, amenities. The front desk staff was nasty. We had a problem checking in they wanted to charge us more than what we reserved the room for. When we refused to pay the extra money they got nasty told us to cancel our reservation and leave. There wasn't any hot water for showers or washing your hands. When we complained about the water we were told it has to run for a while but if you did that it got even colder. The room was dirty, hair on the bed sheets, on the shower wall and hanging from the towel holder in the bathroom. Over all a terrible experience.
