First night killed 5 mice. Had been killing cockroaches since staying there, because of this is couldnt even make anything in the microwave due to them being in there too 🤢🤮. Asked for clean towels a few mornings and was told they didnt have any. This was one of the worst places to stay! There's worse though... the room next to ours was so infested with cockroaches that the window looked like pepper. They bombed it and put someone in that room the same day. This place is absolutely disgusting and im glad to be out of there now!

Horrible horrible place!! Rooms dirty and outdated. Management rude ad grimy. My homeless brother paid for 2 weeks of rooms after he was discharged from the hospital after having his leg amputated. To help him finish recovering while he looked for an apartment. He left the room to visit me for a couple of days so I could care for him. He NEVER checked out of the room and left his food, clothes and medications inside. We come back after two days and they gave his room away, threw out all of his stuff and wouldn't even give him a refund for the days they took from him. Manager was rude and cursing at us when we confronted him about what he did. My brother spent all the money he had on the room for 2 weeks and the food he had there. Now he has nothing to eat, no where to go, and no medicin

Please consider doing room renovations at a later time than 8 in the morning. People are still sleeping at this time. And I work nightshift as well as some other guests here. Please be more considerate of other's sleep

A wonderful staff! If you are respectful, you can become like family. It's an older motel that is under renovation. It is quiet, safe, and I recommend it fully. Especially for families. Martinsburg needs to boast about this affordable option!

I have no complaints about this place. Room was clean and comfortable. It's not the Ritz but if you need a place to crash for the night, it's a good deal.
