Economy Hotel San Antonio

Larry, his wife, and Tommy are the epitome of quality customer service! This exceptional level of service is what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! I am a current resident. and before I checked it Tommy took the time to show me several rooms and answer any questions I had. I was able to meet, Larry and his wife, who assisted me in checking in when I was ready, which went seemlessly. The hotel is under new ownership/ management and changes are being made daily. The room rates (daily and extended stay) are exceptional for an extended stay hotel in San Antonio, and the rooms are large and spacious. I was blown away by the size of my room and my room rate. The sqare footage is easily comparable to a one-bedroom apartment. The grounds are well taken care of and the hotel, in all, is very quiet. You

Booked this room for the weekend to attend a wedding. Check in was easy & the front desk clerk (male, didn't get his name) was polite. Went to our room & it smelled like mold & mildew. We were too afraid to touch anything since it "felt" dirty, even though at first glance, it appeared clean. Upon closer inspection, we saw sunflower seeds on the floor at the foot of the bed. I looked in the bathroom & saw mold in the creases of the caulking. I lifted the bed sheets to quickly inspect the top of the the bed - it appeared clean. We opened the dresser drawers & found three pornographic magazines (like Hustler). Looked around some more & saw trash under the bed, & the bedskirt had mold on it. We were in there for less than 15 minutes & left the room to go back to the front desk for a refund

THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL AND THE STAFF IS ON POINT I LIKE MR. LARRY THE MANAGER IS ONE OF THE KOOLEST EASIEST GUYS YOU WILL EVER MEET AND MR. TOMMY THE SECURITY GUARD IS AROUND THE CLOCK AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE ASWELL AS T.HEIR VEHICLES ARE SAFE.

New Management very helpful property is taking better care of customers didn't take care of with this new management and probably plan to stay here for a while

A $50 deposit on top of room payment is required to stay there and I checked out 5/19 and the $50 deposit still hasn't posted to my bank account and today is 5/26. It should have been posted by now. The day I checked out, the lady who works there told me it would take 5-7 days to repost to my account. I believe she's the manager. I get notifications when money goes in and out of my account, I checked all my transactions online and nothing posted and my bank is not slow about reposting funds. Despite the late night noise and sketchy activities, I liked my stay there and I would hate to think that this motel is stealing from their guests. I didn't leave the room trashed or damaged and I didn't cause any trouble during my stay. I've stayed there in the past and didn't have this problem when I
