I myself feel that the housekeeping should do a much better job, i honestly hate to say this because I love the staff,. They do definitely use 100% customer service, they tend to your needs as best they can, i know that if they would've cleaned better, i would've tipped them but it is what it is, ty Econo, SE

No pets allowed sign in lobby but I have a service dog and we have stayed here many times before… apparently no pets sign is bs because they allowed a Belgian malinois to run around the parking lot for an hour almost attacking me and my dog when I opened my door. The owner of the dog had zero control of it and was making jokes about how we should just let them fight. I told the desk it was inappropriate and they said they told him to put the dog in the room… it was still running around and I specified the man had NO leash. I told them I did not feel safe with an unleashed and untrained malinois trying to attack my dog. I will never stay here again. It’s obvious they do not care about the safety of the hotel.

We made a last minute reservation due to a family emergency. We were treated with dignity and respect the whole time we were there. All staff were very patient with my 6 year old grandson who is very boisterous. The room was clean. There were some obvious repairs, but there were repairs. My only complaint was the TV remote didn't work properly, but I think that is more a me problem than the hotel's problem. Plus we got there so late it didn't really matter what TV channels we could watch or not.

The location is very convenient, it is not far from the beach or restaurants. Our room looked clean, except for the bathroom tub, it had some stains, and there was a weird odor in the room, the best way to describe it is like an attic smell, but once the ac was turned on it got better. Breakfast was simple, coffee, juice, muffins, bagels and oatmeal packages. Not bad at all for the price paid for 2 nights, Staff was nice as well.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. We booked a non-smoking room with one bed, but when we arrived, we were told our room had been given away. Instead, we were placed in a smoking room with two beds, which we neither wanted nor agreed to.That alone was disappointing, but things only got worse. The room was crawling with critters, the bathroom door was busted open, and worst of all – we woke up to find a large frog in the room. It was shocking, unsanitary, and incredibly distressing.This was not just an inconvenience – it was a health and safety concern, and the condition of the room was far below even basic expectations. For the price we paid, we expected a clean, safe, and accurate accommodation. Unfortunately, we received none of that.I am requesting a fu
