So compared to the price that I paid, I didn’t expect too much. The room was clean. They had coffee, iron, hot shower, refrigerator but the only bad part ,was I catch the cold a night before and I wanted to call the front desk, but the phone was disconnected and I was Very cold. I had to walk through the front desk to tell them the heater is not working. I don’t know if she did that purposely or not, but she told me to turn it on by pushing the button to the right side, which was wrong so in the middle of the night I was freezing. I got up and turned it to the left and the heater was on. I was so pissed .😪 but in general it’s a clean place for spending a night. It was very affordable for emergency time. I would book it again, but this time I would ask upfront to make sure everything is wor

Well kept older hotel within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. Hotel itself had undergone several upgrades, rooms were spacious and clean with new flooring and furnishings, grounds were reasonably well maintained, parking was a little tight. Hotel was a couple miles away from the downtown casino area of Reno.

The room was nice for 5he price. My issue was the other guess. Someone on my floor was playing music extremely loud in there room. Another person that was in the room directly above mine must of had young children that was unsupervised because the children were running and stomping loud for a long period time. I picked up the phone to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work in the room. I will likely return but I won’t recommend for that reason. I would like to have my $100 deposit returned about 10-20 hours sooner as well. I’m not 5he type to complain but if you work on the noise and deposit issue I would likely recommend to others

This was the worst experience i've had in a really long time with a budget motel. The first room they put us in was filthy. But that's not even the worst part. There was no bed in the room when we went to notify the front deskThey put us in another room that smelled like an ashtray, very bad room was disgusting i wasn't able to get a refund, so we were stuck there for 4 days nobody at the desk seemed to know what was going on or how to make this less of an awful experience with anything we woke up with massive headaches because of the smoke smell. It was freezing heater, didn't work right There was no remote to the TV and on our second night. The outlets quit working. I had to buy a new charger because it fried mine They were supposed to send maintenance to tighten the outlet Whatever that me

The reviews for this motel are terrible, but it's actually quite good. Maybe, I was probably lucky with my room - it had a balcony on the second floor. The balcony, by the way, was very dirty! The bathroom was good, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean, there was a large TV, and there was adequate parking. There were no cockroaches and no bedbugs. I slept well, which is the most important thing in a motel for $39 a night with taxes on weekdays. My $100 deposit was refunded to my card on the second day. What I disliked most was check-in/check-out staff: an older man and a young woman – no "hi, hello, good morning", they were impolite, indifferent, and I got the feeling they were offended or angry.
