First assigned room hadn’t been made up. 2nd room floor sticky & not cleaned. Towels for only one guest. No ice bucket or cups. Holes in both bedspreads. Overall poor maintenance and housekeeping. One pillow case was dirty. This should never be listed as a Choice hotel.

Positive: 1st think the toom has weed smell. Then after complaining i got a room without dmell. It was ok. But bathroom door doesn't lock. TV remote was broken. No breakfast. Cofee machine was broken. Negative: Plus i tried to cancel the reservation the hotel. But they said it's none refundable. Never dtay again in this hotel

Their entire phone line is dead. I can not contact my friends hotel room because their phone line is no longer in service. The hotel is saying it's "out of order." That's insane. I need to reach my friend because she doesn't have a cell phone. That hotel room's phone is her only line of contact with me, and I am coordinating a flight with her. Now there is no way to reach her and the hotel isn't giving any reason or guarantees that they will have a working phone line. What is going on?? Did they seriously not pay their own phone bill? On top of that, they charge you extra fees for booking through a third party service. A one time booking fee, maybe. But they charged $6 for EVERY day that I booked there, and I booked a long stay!! I had a great experience here. Had the Jacuzzi room for $90 bucks and it was awesome. No bugs and no loud noises in parking lot. Only problem I did have was there were only one towel in room but the night women brought them to me after I called. Glad I choose this place me and my fiance will be returning

Where do I begin…..around 10:45pm, I was checked in by rude night staff who only cared about what she was looking at on her phone. She immediately told me if I didn’t like my room, I would have to leave. There seemed to be a party being thrown in a room on the floor below me, loud young adults blasting music and smoking…then some of them were yelling and banging on the window because they got locked out of the room before finally going to get a key. I walk into my room (which was labeled as non smoking) that REEKED of cigarette odor. Phone is plugged in but doesn’t work. Bed sheets have burn holes throughout multiple blankets. Sheet stains. DISGUSTING bathroom. Shower curtain is stained with mold. Brown residue on tub walls. Towels/washcloths are small, dirty and tinged brown. Toilet paper
