Not sure where to start. Stayed here when I came to OKC and the lady at the front desk was so rude! For no reason. Then, I booked from a 3rd party to make it cheaper, because she said it was 85$ for this BAD hotel. Online it was 38$. Then said they didn't get the reservation, had booking.com call them to confirm, she still was arguing with them and hung up and told me to pay cash with them. Very weird. Also online it says free breakfast, but they said they have not had breakfast in a while, so you guys need to take that down!! Then got the room I had to pay AGAIN for and it has cigarette burns in the beds, the blanket is curtain like material and slips off your bodies all night. The 2 pillows you get are like sim cards, couldn't give my daughter a bath because there is no stopper, 2 year o

Our room had 2 queen beds. When you walked in the room smelled like cigarettes, so bad. Their were little roaches in the room, and bathroom. Their was no extra toilet paper roll in the room. Just what was on the role that was half used. Not enough towels . We had to go the following morning and ask for toilet paper and towels. Very disappointing. The roaches in the room alone is all you need to know to not stay here.

BUGS. At check out advised of the bugs and needing an exterminator; it was taken as a token comment. A partial refund would have been nice (or even at least an offer). I'm not talking a couple of flies, they looked like cochroaches. The room was pleasant, bed was comfortable.

Positive: It was nice for the most part, alot better than most hotels in okc for the price, staff was ok also very quite area and guest Negative: They dont have housekeeping signs so you have to wake up every morning and my key card kept locking so I had to keep going to the office., there was condoms left behind the bed, and the blanket and pillow was dirty blanket had hair pillow was yellow.

I checked in at 3, things were fine at first. Then it got to about 10pm, and the roaches came from nowhere.. First it was 1 and I was thinking "okay there can be one. That's fine" then they all came out and I told the person behind the desk and all he said was "I know. There are roaches all over the back of the motel" and didn't even give me partial of my money back when I checked out, or offer me a new room. He just said "well if you would of said something earlier I would of given you a new room".. Absolutely not. You could of not given us or ANYONE a room back there til you get your roach problem situated. I do not recommend staying here until they fix their issue.
