Terrible. No breakfast even though it was mentioned that breakfast is included in the booking. The bedsheets and towels were not properly clean. No paper napkins were available as well to use instead of using the dirty towels. There was no water bottle/coffee/tea were available as well in the room. Only provided a single soap for 2 people's stay.

I swear the choice hotels app said they had breakfast which is why I booked the hotel. They had no breakfast, nasty sheets, urine in the stairwells, and we were informed that the task force had recently been called to evacuate the hundreds of homeless that had once occupied the property. 10/10 would not recommend

Had to find a place late. .. being a choice member and reading their amenities . With a breakfast and such it seemed like a good choice… wrong . Dirty .mold in fridge and shower .No breakfast .. but it’s still listed . Thin walls and floor.. people running around above us all night , even calling the front desk .. they don’t care. Elevator not checked for a few years. Choice stay? I think not. Don’t choose here too many street walkers.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Fridge leaked water all on the floor. If you use reward points, they want a $200 cash deposit. Closest atm at gas station. They only tell you this when you check in. This was not disclosed when making reservation on the choice app. Lobby stayed locked. Staff was friendly. Stairway smelled like pee.
