ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Reno

We had a horrible experience checking into another hotel nearby. We called to check availability here. Brittany on the evening shift was amazing on the phone and in person! She was polite, understanding and accommodating. We were checking in later into the evening with two kiddos in tow. She made check in a breeze and overall was enjoyable. The rooms were nice, clean and roomy. Definitely recommend!

We arrived in the afternoon and appreciated being allowed to check in at 3:00 pm (normally 4:00 pm). The hotel is brand new, very clean, and in a perfect location with plenty of safe parking — we left our e-bikes on our SUV every night without any issues. The room itself was very basic and minimal. Only one towel and washcloth were provided per person, and there were just three pillows for two guests. There was no blow dryer, and while the room had a kitchen, you had to pay extra for a dish pack. Housekeeping isn’t offered for stays under seven days, so if you want fresh towels, you need to bring your used ones to the front desk to exchange. The front desk staff wasn’t very personable and couldn’t answer our questions about the EV charger. Morning coffee was just from a machine, nothing

place is very clean, has a large microwave, refrigerator, small stove, sink, closet organizer, quiet. also plenty of parking. this is an honest review. i believe this hotel start operating last year. everything looks new. and the price is extremely fair.

The hotel was clean and the room was VERY clean. I’m a germaphobe and disinfect surfaces in my hotel rooms, this was the ONLY hotel room that I’ve wiped down and the wipe came away clean. I’m impressed! The reason for 4 stars? The onsite free-to-charge EV charger doesn’t work. This resulted in having to charge at a nearby Supercharger which was inconvenient and costly. I reported the charger not working but never heard anything back on it before leaving.

For the price in comparison to their competitors this place is a rip off!!!! The rooms have a stench and are not cleaned unless you stay 7 consecutive days. They do not replace towels or throw out your trash like the competitors down the street. There was a time I went to exchange towels and the girl was outside doing good knows what, second time girl was on the phone and never once acknowledged my presence….VERY BASIC ROOM!!!! Sonesta ES is a million times better and offers dishes pots and pans for FREE, checks for trash and towels daily and does daily trash pick up if left outside your room door…ALSO THIS HOTEL ALLOWS AGGRESSIVE BREED DOGS😑😑😑😑
