Customer Reviews
Positive: The staffs are welcoming and the atmosphere of the hotel is very warm.Shampoo and conditioner are super Negative: Bluetooth speakers didn't work. Some rooms don't have bathtub. The banging sounds on the wall kept us awake at night.
Stayed here during DC Pride and to celebrate a birthday! The place has a hip vibe and the record player in our suite with access to records was a nice touch that we like! We were very disappointed that with what we paid for our suite that no amenity was offered to help us celebrate. But the room was available for us prior to normal check-in. For the price, the suite was nice, but nothing over the top. We've stayed in nice accomodations nearby for the same price point, but it's still a fun option. The rooftop is also a lot of fun, we've been their multiple times and the outdoor terrace is a great hang. Front desk folks were also nice!
Awesome location that is walking distance from all the monuments and amazing locations. Very dog friendly. Love the art and messages they promote, as their music vibe is top tier. Best hotel to bring your dog too. Maggie is the best with dogs and great hotel staff there. Very different, but cool hotel. Love the uniqueness. High recommend stay.
My hotel stay was average. The positives include superb service from Lydia, Woldie and Maggie. They definitely deserve recognition for their helpfulness, kindness and professionalism. The restaurant also provided great service with attentive staff and delicious food. The negatives: the rooms are entirely too small and close together and the doors slam extremely loud. Avoid staying in a corridor that is just a triple no. I do not recommend the baker’s daughter cafe. The prices are egregious , their food is a hit or miss, so make sure you check your food before leaving (if to-go). I received undercooked chicken (avoid the fried chicken sandwich) and Karen (cashier) gave me a hard time about it. The manager somewhat rectified the situation but I still wasn’t 100% satisfied with the resolutio

The hotel itself is beautifully designed—warm, modern, and full of character—but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. Two people in particular made my stay unforgettable: Maggie and Elivania.||From the moment I arrived, Maggie greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. She anticipated needs I didn’t even know I had and made the check‑in process feel effortless. Her recommendations around the hotel and the city were spot‑on, and her kindness set the tone for the entire visit.||Elivania was equally exceptional. She
