Eastwind Hotel - Windham

We had such an incredible experience at Eastwind hotel. The service truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was warm, welcoming, and attentive. One employee in particular made our stay unforgettable: Jamie! Jamie went above and beyond in every possible way. He greeted us with genuine kindness and treated us like family. Jaime had a penchant for bringing people together and a surprise musical talent that brings the communal spirit of Eastwind full circle. It’s rare to come across someone who so clearly loves what they do, and it showed in every interaction we had with him. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, and a special thank you to Jamie and the crew for making it one we’ll always remember!

Our first visit to Eastwind Hotel last week was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and I ordered the birthday package for the room — they completely exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire stay feel even more special. The complimentary s’mores kit was such a fun touch — we loved sitting by the fireplace enjoying a quiet evening together. And if you stop by the bar, make sure Jamie makes your drink… he creates the BEST old fashioned I’ve ever had in my life. Truly unforgettable! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. I had an incredible two-night stay at Eastwind Windham! It was the perfect escape from the business of NYC. The grounds are so well kept, the lobby is cozy and great for relaxing or working, and the complimentary bikes made it easy and fun to explore the area. The daily breakfast basket, delivered to your door, was a highlight with fresh pastries, jam, and juice. We stayed in a Lushna suite, which had the perfect balance between a boutique hotel and glamping vibe. The fire pits at night were such a peaceful way to end the day. Huge thanks to Jamie and Eric for their warm, thoughtful service and hospitality. Their communication was seamless through their text system. I can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at Eastwind Hotel Windham. Jaimie was our favorite—so entertaining and made every guest feel truly welcome! The rooms were spotless; I highly recommend booking one of the brand-new Mountain rooms. Dandy’s served amazing food and great coffee, and if you’re there on a weekend, don’t miss the family-style dinner with live music. A perfect 10/10 stay. We’ll definitely be back!
