Christman's Windham House

Rooms are old fashioned but very clean. Breakfast was included and lots of options, not a buffet like at a chain but a really nice full breakfast. Staff in the Resturant were really nice especially the waitress and bar tender. Will be going back. The views were spectacular.

Played the mountain course. It is a beautiful course that is quite challenging with tough greens and amazing views. The course makes you very aware of keeping track of your time with multiple signs at the tee boxs. Overall an extremely beautiful course to play.

There’s something special about this beautiful little upstate resort tucked away in the town of Windham. My friends and I try to do at least one long weekend annually. The people there are courteous, kind, and warm. From the front desk to the pro shop you feel like you’re in good hands. The rooms are perfect for a nice little getaway and there’s plenty on the resort to give you something to do all day. A nice breakfast spread then off to the course. Play a great round of golf on a course that’s equal parts challenging, and stunning. The greens and fairways are pristine. The views are arresting. After that take a dip in the pool or grab a drink at the bar. Both are quite refreshing. The food is delicious and the staff are accommodating. Highly recommend the blueberry cake.

This getaway weekend was well needed, and I have to say it was everything I expected and more. I am writing this review if someone is looking for a getaway where they can charge their battery. The staff is phenomenal. They make you feel like family. It is very quaint and lovely. I look forward to coming back, relaxing, taking in the beauty of God’s country and seeing the staff who made our stay wonderful

The Christman House is a landmark in Windham NY…This is our fourth visit during the summer. We have been here in the magnificent Fall season. We had a lovely suite in the main house. There was a king size bed, a sitting area and a great bathroom. Air conditioning , Wi-Fi a big screen TV and comfortable seating.|The decor is quaint & rustic.
