My wife and I enjoyed a 2 night mid-week stay at this lovely victorian in the heart of the Catskills. We had the second floor king room with plenty of room a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Lots of windows and plenty of light made this a very comfortable retreat. Breakfast was served on the front porch under a pretty gazebo roof. We had our choice of foods and drink and wonderful conversation with our host. We were able to discover much local color and history in these talks. The only issue that surprised us is that the three upstairs rooms all share one bathroom. Otherwise our short stay was all we could ask for.

My wife and I traveled to the area for a memorial service in Prattsville and stayed 2 nights at the Antique Rose. Laureen, our hostess, was very hospitable, makes fantastic blueberry pancakes, and was able to give us recommendations around the area. The king bedroom is spacious and comfortable—we slept like babies. Breakfast on the front porch was so relaxing that guests tend to linger. 2 thumbs up for Laureen and the Antique Rose!

The King Room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The host (Laureen) was engaging and the conversation was delightful. Breakfast was excellent with many options available. Would absolutely stay there again.

My wife and I were traveling to Maine and stayed one night at antique rose. The room was wonderful and the host was fantastic. We really enjoyed the stay, the breakfast was great and the conversation was interesting. We highly recommend staying for a night or for the week. Wonderful experience.
