Drury Plaza Hotel New Orleans

My husband, daughters, and I enjoyed a fantastic 9-night stay at the Drury Hotel. The staff was notably friendly and attentive. Our suite, featuring two queen beds, was clean and well-equipped. We especially valued the amenities like the hot tub and the convenient laundry facilities. The hotel's prime location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions. We also appreciated the breakfast and evening kickback. We wholeheartedly recommend the Drury Hotel in New Orleans and have already booked the same hotel in Cleveland for next month.

What can I say about the Drury Plaza Hotel that hasn’t already been said? 🎤☀️ This hotel is one of a kind- from very large and spacious rooms to every amenity that you can imagine. We stayed here on the last leg of our vacation and this is arguably our favorite place. For the price, we are just in awe. You can tell that the amenities are indeed intentional and that customer experience is #1 on their list. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile and kind words. Shoutout to Daniel from breakfast and my girls Kayla and Belinda at the dinner service! I was ready to take them all home with us! What lovely people and environment. Very close to the French quarter without being in the crowded areas. Close walk to canal street, French quarter, streetcar. We arrived early and they graciously provided luggage storage. Rooms large with very very high ceilings. In addition to the 2 queen beds our room had a desk, a console for tv and refrigerator and storage plus another chair for relaxing and even with that much furniture the room did not feel crowded. Several USB ports and plug ins available near beds. Bathroom with separate sink area. Pool and hot tub outdoors but heated. Fitness center near the pool area. Best part of any drury inn stay is the evening kickback with several choices for a meal, sodas, popcorn and 3 mixed drinks, beer or wine. The 2 nights we stayed had a different menu each night. Best Hotel around. Excellent service. Bee was great at the front desk. Kickback was more than I expected. Room was very clean. Everyone we interacted with was very polite and helpful. Pool on roof top was great, grandkids loved it. Hot tub was a relief after walking all day. Will be back. Worth everything. Thanks for the great experience.

This hotel is a older property, but well maintained and clean and comfortable. The garage is easy to get in and out. Staff was very friendly. Good location. If you aren't picky, you could make a meal out of the hot food served at the 5:30 kickback. We occasionally heard noise from neighbors, but that's probably not surprising in New Orleans on the weekend, and it never lasted long. We would stay again.
