Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Northwest Medical Center

Had a sudden booking for a home repair and very glad I went with this location. Nearby since it’s right off i10, great selection of rooms with kitchenette options. I enjoyed the activities which is something not offered by other commercial hotels within the area. The management and employees worked together seamlessly and many women working which makes me feel comfortable as a solo traveler. The 5:30kick back was wonderful with pre-fixed drinks and standard wine and domestic beer options along with free fountain drinks and popcorn! I’ll surely have a visit in the future. Would recommend a QR code for tipping of bar. Priscella assisted with a small room discomfort, greatly appreciated.

Pipes burst at home and needed a place to stay. Was shocked how nice the staff was and all the cool extra amenities they provided. Breakfast/dinner snacks and drinks! So clean and cared for! We will definitely be recommending this facility whenever we have guests visit! Also would make a great place for a date night. Staff was amazing! Don’t hesitate pick this hotel!

Positive: The personnel were All exceptional. From the General Managers , Front desk , night and day (names I forget) the happy hour host!!! our housekeeper. Every single encounter even with others not interacted pleasant Negative: Nothing at all 1000% satisfied

Rooms are super clean although a bit dated. But the athletics are less important. The rooms are also super spacious. The free dinner/snacks was AWESOME. Plenty to eat. Got a free adult beverage. Staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Good WiFi for work. Good restaurant next door (Embers). HEB across the hwy for any necessities.

Overall had a good experience at the Drury. The staff is very friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel is older with low ceilings near the elevators. The elevators are slow. Atmosphere seemed mostly mixed since it is close to the medical center. Breastfast is standard Drury breakfast of potatoes, eggs, biscuits, and sausage. The hotel is next to a couple of very busy streets and freeway ramp which can make leaving a challenge. The parking lot is gated but accessible easily by any pedestrian so not overly secure. It was also dimly lit. There are a couple of restaurants that are within walking distance and one that is right next to the hotel.
