Wow!! Such an incredibly refreshing experience in a world where customer service and attention to detail seem to be a thing of the past. This place and the team that served us from a phone call to confirm my reservation, to a crazy early check-in, to check-in when we arrived, to house keeping working hard to get our room ready so we could drop our belongings and freshen up to head back out, to the room itself (AND VIEW...1209!!), to our super comfortable bed, exceptional cleanliness (if you know me, you know I check it all), to the quietness of our room/hall/hotel itself, to the awesome air conditioning system and finally to the breakfast and breakfast staff!! The two assistant general managers, Zekayla (spelling?) - evening and Andrew - morning, were absolutely delightful to meet and converse with. No simple chit-chatting, but sincere interest in us and enjoyable conversations with them during our mealtimes. They connected with every hotel guest in the same manner. They made the overnight stay the best hotel experience of our 18-day trip. They are stars! The evening reception of "snacks and drinks" is really a full-blown meal with up to three alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, all at no charge; meatballs and gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, salad, chicken tortilla soup were the menu the night we were there. First time staying at a Drury hotel and this left a great impression! Clean hotel and rooms are quiet compared to many others. Hospitality was top notch - something seemingly missing from US hotels these days. This hotel includes free breakfast (standard continental) and “5:30 kickback” - basically free dinner/snacks and drinks (up to 3 free alcoholic drinks per adult per night). They also have a self serve soda fountain with Coke products. Access to Six Flags and nearby shopping is amazing - just minutes away by car. I felt safe at the hotel. I particularly appreciated the free parking garage which is only accessible with a room card. For a mid scale hotel, I was extremely happy and thought the value was there! I would 100% visit again in the future.

Positive: This hotel offered an excellent breakfast and evening snack time that included three adult beverages. The staff was cheerful. The room with two queen beds and a sofa bed was perfect for our family. My boys loved the pool time. Negative: There is a lot of road construction around the hotel right now. Road closures at night made accessing the hotel very inconvenient.

We stayed 3 nights. I recommend staying here. We will be back ourselves. The room, bed, bathroom, amenities, etc. were all very clean. There is a private parking garage which I now can't live without. It made me feel secure leaving my car there and also safe to go down without my husband if I wanted to. The managers and workers were so friendly and accommodating. They genuinely looked and sounded happy to talk to you. The managers would walk around in the morning's to all the tables at breakfast and ask how everything was going and also the same at the kickback dinners. The breakfast was good, we all enjoyed that. We honestly didn’t care for the kickback dinner, but it wasn't an issue for us or a deal breaker in the future. All in all, it was a clean and friendly place to stay.
