Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Polaris

Our stay at Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Polaris during a winter storm turned out to be an unexpectedly wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality we experienced truly made the stay special. The staff were incredibly courteous and always checked to see how they could best serve their guests. The breakfast was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that dinner is also served each evening—a wonderful bonus. Hotels in the Drury brand are known for their free hot breakfast and evening “5:30 Kickback” with food and drinks, which makes the stay even more convenient for families. One moment really stood out. Great hotel! Staff friendly! Great location! Rooms nice! Good Breakfast and Evening dinner. Hotel was very clean.|Hot tub water temperature not very hot but still nice. Nice indoor pool. We were here for soccer games and was very close to the soccer fields.|Would stay again.

Positive: Food, drinks, cleanliness & friendly staff! Negative: Trying to locate the hotel after dark, while in heavy traffic congestion. Not the hotels fault, mainly the fault of my travel app.

My stay was great! I saw some reviews that were wrong about "the pool is so crowded" like no it is not, and another review saying "there were 6 big boys harassing my minors" like its not that deep kids are gonna be kids. everyone that worked that was so nice! Cody was a great help to sign in and the manager was so sweet! Overall a great experience!

This was our first stay at a Drury, and we are definitely happy we gave it a try. We will return to this location and try other locations as well when able to, the price point was fantastic also. I was impressed with this hotel from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk ladies were friendly and professional. All of the employees that we encountered while here seemed to actually like their jobs. They did not seem to be inconvenienced by the hotel guests. The hotel was clean, smelled good and the decor was done in well taste. Something we have recently noticed when walking into hotels is the instant 'dirty' smell. At the more recent hotels we've stayed at, either there was a staff shortage OR possibly the lack of wanting to invest any money into staff. And it definitely is reflect
