Drossos Motel

We stayed there about five years ago and returned in July 2024. Minnie and Elaine greeted us warmly, and the room was great, comfortable bed, no issues. The location is also very convenient to the wineries, restaurants, beaches, and farm markets. We will be back to Drossos soon!

I've been coming out to Greenport and Southold a very long time. I used to play music at a place called The Cinnamon Tree in Greenport. Now shops and cafes. Also played Shelter Island often. I love coming to Drossos as Minnie and Elaine run a beautiful place. The rooms have all been updated and are extremely clean. There are some efficiency rooms with Kitchenettes as well as smaller ones with a smaller budget. I go for the kitchenette. For the price now you can't beat it. Budget around $280.00 w tax for kitchenette rooms....other less price and smaller. I believe there are bigger rooms with separate bedroom as well for a bit more money. Also there is a pitch and putt mini golf and a food stand with burgers, hot dogs, chicken and ice cream. Great for kids too. I highly recommend

Great place to grab some great food . Quick service, great staff . I believe our sever person was Emily, she did a great job. Was our first time there and she was a great helper.

Once again I stayed at Drossos and I came with my wife and her sister. The place can't be beat. We had great weather. 80 degrees everyday and we rode bikes into the town of Greenport. We watched a band at Claudios and did the shop thing.||Drossos has been around for a while but it is very clean and updated. We chose a kitchenette that has a stove, utensils, fridge to keep chilled Long Island wines.||Honeymoon weekend but we stayed 4 days. Rode our bikes 2 days. They have a pitch and putt golf course, soft serve ice cream and burgers and dogs if you don't want to venture into town late. I gave it 5 stars last year and once again 5 stars.| I recommend highly!!||Thanks Phil and Lauren F.

We had a fabulous stay at Drossos and couldn't have been happier. Minnie and her daughter Elaine were a pleasure to work with.|We were concerned to read a prior critical Google review by Elizabeth Stauss but were assured (and indeed discovered ourselves) that her claims about bug infestation and bacteria were totally false.|We reserved the room with a kitchenette. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils and tableware.|We will certainly return and heartily recommend Drossos.|||
