The Cliffside Resort Condominiums

We used Cliffside for our wedding room block, and they were great to work with—super helpful and even assisted with distributing our welcome bags. It’s an affordable but high-quality option for out-of-town guests, right on the water with beautiful views and a pool. All of our guests had a great stay!

Great spot ! Our condo was very clean , cute and super comfortable. It was more those needed . Loved the pool and private beach too . Family wedding nearby but would stay here again .

I've stayed in three units. They've been similar but different, and all have been a good experience. The views vary greatly.

Location is wonderful. Their beach is pretty big. Found some beach glass as well as shells. We were only 5 minutes to Greenport. There were about 28 of us staying here for a destination wedding. 8 condos were rented. Now for Our 2 bedroom Condo: Needs some serious attention!!! Broken outlet covers. Luke warm water in ensuite bath, old shower heads ( no hand helds) outside furniture missing a cushion and the bed was AWFUL. You get in and bottom out!! Sit on side and lay back and you sink Way down into mattress. Missing slat on front bedroom windows which had vertical blinds. 5 inch gap facing front parking lot. Pool was closed. We stayed there June 6 - 8th 2025. Not worth the money we spent!!!

For starters I was looking forward to a beautiful view hotel near the Hampton Bay Area so I booked a one nighter and it was my family and my first time visiting Greenport. However after we paid we received a text with the assigned condo unit .. I called up to confirm the sea view and I was told for the price you paid you won’t be getting a sea view and I was also told I have to call the third party site I booked it through to dispute that issue and “there’s nothing that the resort can do for me”(which is thought was poor customer service) when I arrived after having the third party contact them , they ended up “upgrading” me to a partial sea view which was a very lack luster view. I will say the resort had a mobile pizza truck on the premise this particular day which was serving compliment
