Friendly and helpful management. Well priced, small park with nightly or long term rates including wifi, water, sewer, electric and trash. Small laundry room on site. Located a few minutes out of town and right down the road from Hwy 21 Drive-in theater.

This place is great! There’s not a lot of amenities but the kindness of the staff and the neighbors make up for it! Fairly priced, close to base, easy access, and friendly people. Does it get any better than that?! I loved living here and recommend it for all!

I called to ask if they had tent spaces available (since it is listed as a campground) and the lady very rudely informed me that they did not. She proceeded to tell me where all the other campgrounds were but did not specify names, just locations. I had to do that searching myself. For the record IT IS NOT A CAMPGROUND. Be prepared for some sass if you think otherwise.

Very nice people Close to Marine Air Base so you get to see our boys fly over regularly.

Lynda is a great property manager. Scooter is the best watchdog/mascot! 🐕😊
